Neurotoxin Injections

Night Shift Aesthetics provides neurotoxin treatments, including Botox, Dysport, and Xeomin to relax the muscles that cause wrinkles and prevent new lines from forming. In addition to wrinkle reduction, neurotoxins can be used for a variety of aesthetic and therapeutic purposes, such as lip flips, correcting gummy smiles, treating jaw clenching (masseter reduction), and reducing excessive sweating.

Filler

Hyaluronic Acid (HA) filler is a type of dermal filler used to restore volume, smooth wrinkles, and enhance facial contours. Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring substance in the body that helps retain moisture, keeping the skin plump and hydrated.

HA fillers are injected beneath the skin (after the application of a numbing cream) to add volume, smooth out lines, and enhance facial features. The hyaluronic acid in the filler attracts water, providing immediate hydration and a natural-looking plumpness. Over time, the body gradually breaks down and absorbs the filler.

Common Uses of HA Fillers

  • Lips – Enhances volume, definition, and symmetry.

  • Cheeks – Restores lost volume for a lifted, youthful look.

  • Nasolabial Folds (Smile Lines) – Softens deep lines around the mouth.

  • Marionette Lines – Reduces the appearance of lines running from the corners of the mouth to the chin.

  • Under-Eye Hollows – Fills in sunken areas for a refreshed appearance.

  • Jawline & Chin – Defines and contours the lower face.

  • Hands – Restores volume to aging hands.

Benefits of HA Fillers

  • Provides immediate, natural-looking results.

  • Hydrates and improves skin quality.

  • Minimally invasive with little to no downtime.

  • Reversible with hyaluronidase, an enzyme that dissolves HA fillers if needed.

  • Lasts between 6-18 months, depending on the type of filler and treatment area.

Chemical Peel

A chemical peel is a cosmetic procedure that uses a chemical solution to exfoliate and remove the outer layers of the skin. This process promotes the growth of new, smoother, and healthier skin. Chemical peels are commonly used to improve skin texture, treat acne, reduce wrinkles, and lighten hyperpigmentation or sun damage.

How Chemical Peels Work

A chemical solution is applied to the skin, causing controlled damage to the outer layers. As the skin heals, new skin cells form, resulting in a refreshed appearance. The depth of the peel depends on the type of solution used.

Benefits of Chemical Peels

  • Improves skin texture and tone.

  • Reduces fine lines and wrinkles.

  • Helps with acne and acne scars.

  • Lightens dark spots, sun damage, and melasma.

  • Promotes collagen production for firmer skin.

Sclerotherapy

Spider veins, also known as telangiectasias, are small, dilated blood vessels that appear close to the surface of the skin. They typically look like thin red, blue, or purple lines or web-like patterns, most commonly found on the legs, face, or chest.

Sclerotherapy is a popular method of eliminating varicose veins and superficial telangiectasias (“spider veins”). A solution, called a sclerosing agent, is injected into the veins to break down the vein wall.

Medical Weight Loss

Dr. Bishop is Board Certified in Obesity Medicine.  There are many weight loss options available.   One of the treatment options we may consider is a class of medications known as GLP-1 receptor agonists. This introduction is designed to help you understand how these medications work, what to expect, and how to use them safely.

What Are GLP-1 Medications?

GLP-1 (glucagon-like peptide-1) receptor agonists are a class of medications that help with weight loss by:

  • Slowing down stomach emptying so you feel fuller longer

  • Reducing appetite and food cravings

  • Helping regulate blood sugar levels

Commonly prescribed GLP-1 medications for weight loss include:

  • Semaglutide (Wegovy)

  • Liraglutide (Saxenda)

  • Tirzepatide (Zepbound, also a GIP/GLP-1 agonist)

These medications are usually given as weekly or daily injections, depending on the type prescribed.

Who Is a Candidate?

You may be a good candidate for GLP-1 therapy if:

  • You have a BMI ≥30, or

  • You have a BMI ≥27 with weight-related conditions (e.g., diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol)

  • You have tried diet and exercise without sufficient success

We will assess your full medical history and goals to determine if GLP-1 therapy is right for you.

Microneedling

Reveal Radiant, Rejuvenated Skin

Microneedling, also known as collagen induction therapy, is a minimally invasive treatment that stimulates your skin’s natural healing process to reduce the appearance of fine lines, acne scars, enlarged pores, and uneven texture. Using a device equipped with fine, sterile needles, controlled micro-injuries are created in the skin to trigger collagen and elastin production—key elements for firm, smooth, and youthful skin.

At our medspa, we use advanced microneedling technology to deliver safe, effective results with minimal downtime. Most clients notice an immediate glow after treatment, with continued improvement over the following weeks as the skin regenerates from within.
